Technical Support

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position; Candidates with experience but no qualification are encouraged to apply
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Mandarin
  • Experience in PC and peripheral troubleshooting, preferably with experience in TCP/IP, UTP cabling and Hub/Switch connectivity
  • Initiative, motivated and able to work independently
  • Posses own transport and willing to travel

  • Provide technical support to internal end-users which includes dealing with operational problems such as hardware faults, printing, software incompatibilities, LAN/connectivity problems, server infrastructure and other technical issues
  • Install, configure and deploy new desktop systems, including PCs, Notebooks and associated peripherals
  • Provide technical support to standard softwares, e.g. Email, MS Office, MS Windows Family, MS Windows Server and other related softwares
  • Produce IT related documentation and reports
